Nickel Catalyst For Ammonia Cracking CAT-020

With the view to improve the performance of existing ammonia cracking catalyst, we have developed new range of Nickel Catalysts For Ammonia Cracking. These catalysts are offered to our clients in 18x 18 x 10 holes ring shape and 16 x 16 x 6mm rib ring shapes and in 16x 10 x 6 mm ring shape.

The ammonia cracking catalysts offered by us are based on high pure alumina and are used for ammonia cracking at low temperature and low-pressure drop, giving better performance and quality of gas for enhancing the productivity.

We manufacturing Palladium Catalysts For De-Oxygenation / Dehydrogenation, selective hydrogenation, and many other applications in Petrochemical and Fertilizer plants. These catalysts remove oxygen traces from nitrogen gas stream by reacting with hydrogen and forms water. Offered in 1.6-3mm and 2-4mm ball shape with 0.3% or 0.5% palladium, also used for selective hydrogenation.

Heat Treatment Furnace

We have in store for our clients, a robustly constructed range of Heat Treatment Furnace that is used for carburizing batch and continuous heat-treating furnace systems. Our furnaces for batch carburizers are provided with integral quench and companion wash, temper charge car for industry specific application.

The heat-treating furnace systems offered by us are of pusher type and are provided with pre-wash, preheat, sealed quench, wash, temper and associated transfers for making them highly functional.

PSA Nitrogen Plant

We provide our clients with PSA Nitrogen Plant, Ammonia Cracker and CMS that are used in diverse industry verticals. Our nitrogen plants operate on the principle of Pressure Swing Adsorption technology, wherein CMS having indefinite pores on the surface produces nitrogen gas and adsorbs the molecules of Oxygen, Moisture and unwanted gases from compressed air. These passes Nitrogen gas to output of CMS tower that makes nitrogen 99.8 % pure.

These plants can be custom-made and provided with surge tanks for storing produced nitrogen and deoxidation unit for making nitrogen to ultra pure 1-5 PPM O2. Our range of ammonia cracking units is widely used for cracking ammonia by using nickel catalyst and producing N2 and H2. The output gases of these units are used for brazing furnaces or other furnaces for retaining bright surface finish. H2 can also be utilized in deoxidation units wherein oxygen traces are removed from the nitrogen gas stream.

We bring forth for our clients, a technically upgraded array of molecular sieves that is used for separating molecules on the basis of their molecular diameter. These sieves are crystalline Metal Aluminosilicates (zeolites) with three dimensional interconnecting network structure of silica & alumina tetrahedral that provides uniform pore dimension to these sieves.

Available in the sizes of 3a, 4a, 5a, and 13X, these molecular sieves have precise and uniform pore opening that and have a strong affinity for water and some gases and liquids.

We source and supply our range of Wet And Dry Rolls for steel mills, tunnel furnaces and roller hearth slab reheat furnaces from Pro-Tech. These rollers are precision engineered to suit the specific requirements of our clients and are available in standard and customized specifications.
